Freezing rain expected to create risky conditions overnight

Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Toronto and much of the GTA, warning of freezing rain Wednesday. The freezing rain from Highway 8 on north Monday will wind down by the early afternoon.

"It could be around 12 hours or possibly even more of freezing rain through the area", said Rozinskis.
