HBO just dropped our first official sneak peek at Game of Thrones Season 8 during the 2019 Golden Globes.

This is only the second bit of footage HBO has released of the eagerly anticipated final season (the first showed Sansa hugging Jon in what could be a shot from this same scene).

Naturally, Game of Thrones was included, but just for a few seconds.

Klopp: Liverpool have taken an important step forward against Manchester City
Matt Doherty has scored thrice and assisted four goals in 21 appearances in the Premier League (1851 minutes). Like all the boys who don't play constantly week in week out, they kept the level really high in training.

In a new promo for HBO's 2019 seasons, we are shown Sansa Stark's first meeting with Daenerys Targaryen, who arrives in Winterfell with Jon Snow.

However, we have finally been given a glimpse (albeit short) into the new episodes.

Brienne of Tarth, standing behind Sansa, also looks like she isn't fully convinced of what is going on between the two.

Poland escape room fire: Game designer charged as victims identified
A local prosecutor told reporters the fire had probably been caused by an escape of gas near the heating system boiler. The girls were most likely celebrating one of their birthdays, according to police spokeswoman Monika Kosiec.

The eighth and final season of HBO's Game of Thrones is quickly approaching its April premiere, and we couldn't be more excited for it.

To begin with, the newly-appointed Lady of Winterfell didn't agree with Jon's decision to visit Dragonstone in a bid to make an alliance with the Mother of Dragons. Then she meets Sansa (Sophie Turner) for the first time, who's all like, "Winterfell is yours". It's not an earth-shattering reveal, but it still shows off a meeting that's been awaited for years.

The network later tweeted: "Yes, Sansa did say what you think she said". The video didn't show any actual footage from the upcoming season, but made use of a game board and game pieces that implied potential clashes of houses. Fans also got to see Julia Louis-Dreyfus back from her battle with cancer as Selina Meyer for the final season of "Veep".
