Mac Miller’s Death Ruled Accidental Overdose; Fentanyl, Cocaine Found In Rapper’s System

Authorities performed an autopsy on Miller the following day but "a cause of death was deferred pending further investigation", the medical examiner's office said in a release. The Coroner ruled his death an accidental overdose due to mixed drug toxicity. It is being reported that the mix of all three drugs, not the amount of each, triggered his cardiac arrest.

"The manner of death was certified as an accident", it added.
