Prince Harry opens Invictus Games after storm delays

During his speech on stage Prince Harry thanked Australia for its commitment to Invictus and expressed how proud he was to introduce his wife, Meghan and "announce their newest edition".

Harry saluted as the Last Post rang out across Hyde Park, while Meghan, in a long black dress by New Zealand designer Emilia Wickstead, stood beside him.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had a jam-packed weekend in Sydney, Australia, walking hand-in-hand through the kick-off of Harry's 2018 Invcitus Games on Saturday, October 20.

Meghan became emotional as she expressed her pride at how passionately the young women spoke about their views and said they reminded her so much of how she was growing up, writes People magazine.
