Sayoc's first appearance in federal court was scheduled for Monday in Miami.

U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions said that, if convicted of the initial five allegations, Sayoc could face a maximum of 58 years in federal prison.

Florida fan of Donald Trump was arrested and charged Friday with mailing 13 bombs to opponents of the United States president in a brazen, weeklong spree that inflamed the country ahead of key elections.

While none of Sayoc's makeshift bombs exploded and no one was injured, 11 people were killed in a mass shooting in a Pittsburgh synagogue on October 27.

Last week, pipe bombs were sent in the mail to prominent Democratic Party figures like Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, as well as to CNN's NY offices.

Batsman Kedar Jadhav, whose omission from ODIs came under the scanner, has been brought back for the fourth and fifth ODI. The five-match ODI series is now level with two games left.

The magistrate judge will also set or deny initial bail.

Moore has his own interpretation of why Sayoc supports the U.S. President and why he allegedly mailed pipe bombs to Trump's political opponents.

USA justice department officials said the bombs were "not hoax devices" and warned there could be more still undiscovered.

Thomas Fiori, a former federal law enforcement officer, said he saw an undercover police officer in a nearby SUV looking at the AutoZone store with binoculars Friday.

Sayoc was arrested around 11 am Friday outside an AutoZone vehicle fix shop in Plantation, Florida, about 20 miles from Aventura, officials said.

The clues, authorities say, led them to a 56-year-old man with a long criminal history who'd previously filed for bankruptcy and appeared to be living in his van, showering on the beach or at a local fitness center. The profile, under Cesar Altieri, describes experience as a booker and promoter of burlesque and Chippendale's shows.

And he has done all this in a fashion you would scarcely accuse Kohli the person of - quietly, predictably, even inconspicuously. Indian cricket skipper Virat Kohli's tweet showering praise on the beauty of Visakhapatnam has been greeted by Chief Minister N.

Sayoc's past is marked by encounters with law enforcement.

Sayoc is a registered Republican whose arrest record in Florida dates back to 1991 and includes felony theft, drug and fraud charges, as well as allegations that he threatened to use a bomb, public records show. The homemade bombs "are not hoax devices", Wray stressed on Friday.

Investigators scouring his social media accounts had found the same spelling mistakes on his online posts - "Hilary" Clinton, Deborah Wasserman "Shultz" - as on the mailings he'd soon be charged with sending. "Republicans, go out and vote!"

He took on Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum, the Democratic nominee in the Florida governor's race, more than 80 times in October alone.

Even before Sayoc was caught and charged, both newspapers insinuated that Trump was to blame.

As recently as Wednesday, Sayoc posted a tweet that was critical of Soros, Obama and others. The NYPD also announced it was investigating a "suspicious package" in midtown Manhattan on Friday morning.
