Barcelona: No plans to re-sign Neymar

Thomas Tuchel has admitted he has no information on Neymar's intentions beyond the end of the current season amid rumours that the Paris Saint-Germain star may be eyeing a move away from Ligue 1.

Neymar performed for Barcelona from 2013 to 2017, after which moved to the French PSG for €222 million.

Real Madrid have regularly been linked with a move for Neymar, although statements from the club have denied that a couple of times, while talk of Barca's interest in re-signing the 26-year-old has gained traction this week.

Neymar has been overshadowed somewhat this season by Griezmann's France team-mate, 19-year-old Kylian Mbappe, who has been attracting attention at domestic and worldwide level.

"No-one on the Barca board has talked about the possibility of bringing back Neymar, right now we can't give an answer because no-one has even mentioned it", Cardoner told SER Catalunya.

Senior Barcelona players have assured president Josep Maria Bartomeu they would be happy to welcome back Neymar.

Neymar has remained a regular visitor at Barcelona's training ground, though, since moving to PSG, where he won the domestic treble last season.
