2 winning tickets sold for $750 million Powerball jackpot

Here are the winning numbers for Saturday's $750 million jackpot: 08-12-13-19-27, Powerball: 4.

It could be the fourth largest in U.S. lottery history and the game's third largest jackpot.

The $750 million prize refers to the annuity option, paid annually over 29 years. Lottery officials said the winning tickets were sold in Arizona, Florida, Kentucky, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin.

According to the release, Heft purchased his $1 million ticket at Pick 'n Save in Madison and matched five numbers, but not the Powerball.

The winning ticket was sold at the Holiday store at 2755 Brandt Drive.

This is the fourth-largest American jackpot. The game is played in 44 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Tickets cost $2 each.
