The Cleveland Cavaliers lost to the Golden State Warriors in heartbreaking fashion in Game 1 of the NBA Finals on Thursday.

James and his Cavs teammates urged Smith to attack the basket during his apparent attempt to run out the clock before the game went into overtime.

"A great effort all the way through and we are standing in an unbelievable performance from 'Bron tonight", the two-time MVP added. "We're in the fight now".

But the only other Cavaliers who scored in double digits were Kevin Love (21 points) and JR Smith (10 points). "So I stopped. And then the game was over". I don't give up on any of my players or team-mates.

"How would I know that?" I stepped in, took the contact.

James. clearly, is in peak frustration mode right now.

Mumbai-born, D'Souza, 57, was convicted of making an illegal campaign contribution of $20,000 in 2014 to a NY politician. D'Souza was sentenced to eight months in a halfway house and five years of probation.

"What do you mean I'm not sure?"

"It has never been done, ever, in the history of the game".

Referee Ken Mauer defended the choice to review the call.

The two-time National Basketball Association champion also said that he hopes to get the best of James in this year's Finals. Predictably, the 90.3 percent foul shooter connected on the free throw to give Golden State a one-point lead, which led to a big Warriors win in overtime.

"I don't know what J.R. was thinking", James said, refusing to speculate on Smith's thought process.

"I knew I had my man beat and he came over late".

Looking back, Williams is dumbfounded that she wanted to be so thin. But, you know, I'm just here enjoying myself and see what happens.

James posted the first 50-point game in the finals since Michael Jordan did it 25 years ago and had the Cavaliers in position to stun the heavily favored Warriors in the opener before a disputed replay overturn and Smith's blunder turned the tide in Golden State's favor.

'George Hill went up and made the first free throw. But instead of trying for a winning layup, he moved away from Durant at the hoop and the game went into overtime. I tried to get enough space because Kevin (Durant) was standing right there.

His all-world teammate LeBron James, who scored 51 points in the loss, shot the look of death to Smith, who could be seen saying, "I thought were we were ahead".

"He thought we were up one", said Lue, although Smith said he knew the scores were tied.

Having dodged a huge bullet, the Warriors took full advantage and came out with more momentum in the extra five minutes, outscoring their visitors 17-7. Tristan Thompson got ejected for doing something, presumably, although it's unclear what exactly that something was. "Nothing really. It is what it is".

Curry continued to praise the King, as he recognized James' own milestone of reaching the Finals for the eighth consecutive season.

Warriors open NBA Finals as heavy favorites over Cavs
LeBron has played all 82 regular season games and has seen 600 more minutes than any Warriors player ahead of the Finals. The front office will have big decisions to make in the offseason as several of their key players will hit free agency.

"It's going to happen. But I think it's worked out for us both in these four years so far since I've been back".
