Man from SC charged with sexual assault in Fayette County

A Wisconsin woman is accused of allowing men to sexually assault her two children, between ages 6 and 9, in exchange for methamphetamine, cocaine and money, reports said Thursday.

Morris was charged with the felony offenses of First Degree Sexual Assault Inflicting Bodily Injury, First Degree Sexual Abuse-Forcible Compulsion without Consent, Sexual Abuse by a Parent or Guardian, and ten counts of Third Degree Sexual Assault with a Person Who is Mentally Defective/Incapacitated.

Investigators said McMillian stabbed and assaulted the 79-year-old victim, who was walking her dog, at a pedestrian underpass at Sheridan Boulevard and Highland Park Drive on Tuesday.
